How has EUR affected your life?
Well, EUR has been the centre of my life for a relatively long period, of course. For years, I’ve been focused on my studies, always thinking hard – and always occupied by EUR. The main thing I noticed is that EUR allowed me to experience adult life very quickly. I am studying medicine, and I was very much a ‘typical student’ at first. But later you suddenly face a lot of responsibilities, and you have to act seriously and maturely. That sense of responsibility will never leave you.
What’s your challenge?
I see it as a challenge to combine science with treating patients. I see both sides as individual challenges, but the opportunity to combine science with practical application seems like a wonderful career to me. I would also still like to earn my doctorate; that’s my next goal!
