Many International Business Administration students choose to do an internship in their third year of studies and we strongly recommend that you attempt to secure an international placement. The Rotterdam School of Management’s Careers Office makes options available online and through regular bulletins. In recent years, students have gained internships at companies like Porsche and BMW; Robeco, Credit Suisse, ABN-AMRO, Barclays and Deloitte; Shell, Siemens and Samsung; PricewaterhouseCoopers and KPMG.
You will soon apply, in practice, those concepts and theories you have learned. The internship culminates in a report, produced by you and supervised by your host company and by a member of the academic staff.
