Are you considering to study Econometrics and Operations Research in Rotterdam? Or are you interested in the subject of econometrics but have no idea what the study encloses? Then Proefstuderen is something for you!

Students in their last two years of advanced study in high school (preparing to do the rough equivalent of the British A Levels) and who want to gain more insight in the International Bachelor Econometrics and Operations Research.

Do you like to answer questions like “How risky is the international banking system?” or “How to find the best sites to place on-line ads?” Do you wonder how to operate a supply chain that links China, Europe and the US? Then the Econometrics is for you. If you participate in the ‘Proefstuderen’ programme of the International Bachelor Econometrics and Operations Research you will get acquainted with different aspects of the course. During this two day programme you will attend a lecture, take part in a case and experience the atmosphere at the university. In a ‘workgroup’ you will do an assignment together in small groups. Further you will have to do some preparation work at home; we expect this to take approximately three hours. To receive a certificate of ‘Proefstuderen’, you will have to do the home-preparation and we expect you to be actively working on the assignment.

Registration for Erasmus Proefstuderen starts in november. How?
