Joint Ventures & Alliances
Joint ventures and alliances can be found in the database SDC Platinum. This databank unfortunately can only be accessed at Datateam pc´s, you can´t access it anywhere at the campus or at home.
Get Started with SDC Platinum
Click on the Windows start button in the left down corner of the screen. Type in SDC and click under Programs SDC Platinum V4.0.3.1. This will open the most recent version of SDC Platinum.
The following window will appear. Click on Login and type 'SDC' as user initials.

As 'Project Description' also type `SDC`.

The EUR has access to two modules in SDC Platinum in this platform. Those can be found under the tab Mergers & Acquisitions. Select Joint Ventures/Alliances and click on OK.
The other SDC modules can be accessed through Thomson ONE Banker.

PS. If you select US Targets and/or Non-US targets, you are looking for Mergers & Acquisitions. This module of SDC is also accessible (at home at and the campus) through the Deals Analysis module in Thomson One Banker.
