Again Bloomberg Download limit reached

Again, we have reached the download limit in Bloomberg. This time in one and a half day! Please use Bloomberg efficiently cause now we are frustrating other users for almost the whole month.

More precise, this means that you can't download series in the Excel add-in anymore. It is a monthly limit so the problem is fixed in the beginning of June. You can still get the data from e.g a table (HT) on the terminal and cut and paste it into Excel, but this is very inefficient.

Download limit are reached when we (students and researchers of the EUR) have downloaded too much data. This can happen easily with intraday data. If you really need that data feel free to use it but use this data wisely.

Please check if the data you're looking for isn't available in another database, like Datastream, CRSP, Compustat, Thomson/Worldscope etc.
