How do I check the used space in my email box?

You can do this as follows:
Go to the admin setting in 24EUR via 'Options' > 'See all options'. Select tab 'Account' >'My Account'. In the depicted window you find the ‘Mailbox Usage’ bar that shows the used space.

What is the difference between 123456ab@eur.nl and 123456ab@student.eur.nl?

123456ab@eur.nl is the format for your username. Together with your password, this username gives you access to several EUR systems. Although your username looks like an email address, it’s not used for emailing!
The associated EUR emailaddress is 123456ab@student.eur.nl. You can always be reached on this address. Besides you can add an email address via personal.idm.eur.nl, for example an email address with your own name in it.

In personal.idm.eur.nl you can find your EUR email address and the email aliases you are using. You cannot find this information in 24EUR7.

24EUR7 applies a 'spam and virus' filter. It is not permitted to send email messages to large groups of EUR students. The number of internal email addresses included in an email message is limited.
