Who has access to 24EUR7?

As soon as a student has registered with the EUR via Studielink, he or she will receive a letter containing his or her ERNA username (123456ab@eur.nl), password and email address (123456ab@student.eur.nl). From then on, he or she will have access to 24EUR7, as well as other facilities for EUR students. After deregistering from the EUR, he/she will have access to his/her data for another 2 months. After that, the EUR will close the account.
Please note: The ERNA username looks like an email address, but it is not the actual email address! Please take care not to confuse your username and email address with each other when setting up your software.

What is 24EUR7?

Through 24EUR7, the EUR offers its students email, a digital calendar, data storage as well as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote via the Internet. EUR students have access to 24EUR7 through their ERNA accounts. They can easily find each other, share information and work together.

What functionalities does 24EUR7 provide?

At no cost, 24EUR7 provides students with: a 10 GB mailbox; an electronic calendar; an address book listing all EUR students and a personal address book for personal contacts; 7 GB online data storage with the possibility to share files with fellow students or lecturers, as well as online versions of Word, PowerPoint, Excel and OneNote.
In addition, Erasmus University Rotterdam also offers access, through the Single Sign On for 24EUR7, to EUR systems that have been integrated into the menu (e.g. SIN-Online, Blackboard).

Is 24EUR7 suitable for all browsers?

Yes, 24EUR7 is compatible with the most recent versions of Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome and Apple Safari. Other browsers are also supported but a light version of 24EUR7 is presented.

Why does EUR offer 24EUR7?

The 24EUR7 mail service is the official digital means of communication between students and the EUR. When they register with the EUR, all students are provided with an email account. This is a necessary service provided by the EUR in order to guarantee the accessibility of its students. The account will be discontinued at the end of the study period.
Through 24EUR7, the EUR also offers its students access, wherever they are, to free online Office Applications Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote, as well as data storage facilities. This way, its students are provided with support in preparing assignments, papers, theses etc. Using 24EUR7, students can now access their files anywhere, any time, on-campus as well as off-campus.
