How has EUR affected your life?
By nature, I’m optimistic and I persevere and those are certainly qualities you need to make it through your student years. In exchange for your commitment, EUR gives you so much in return – knowledge and insight, a broader background. My studies here at the Erasmus School of Economics mean I am more able to consider issues as part of the bigger picture.
What’s your challenge?
I want to be the best! Career and private life need to be in balance, of course, but I’m definitely going to be working flat out for the next five years! I want to be the best in my field, a genuine specialist. Not at the expense of other people, of course; I want to get there on my own merits, through my own knowledge and understanding. That is what I consider my challenge to be.
