In the BScIBA programme, students learn leadership skills in a global, culturally-diverse environment – the hallmark of business today. The programme is offered to a select number of students, chosen according to their international background and education, which creates a learning environment that is charged with differing world views and the energy of motivated students interested in improving the way we do business.
Management of international companies
The BScIBA programme aims to educate students in the effective management of international companies. Students acquire an in-depth knowledge on how organisations are operated, as well as analytical and critical decision-making abilities. Learning cultivates creative, innovative thinking about business processes. These processes include the resources that companies use, like capital, product resources (natural, agricultural products, synthetic products), and human resources (the people involved in business processes, from employees to consumers).
