Complaints buildings & grounds
Erasmus Facility Services takes care of all repairs concerning campus building and grounds.
Please report any problems, complaints or due repairs to EFB Service Desk. Urgent problems will be dealt with forthwith.
Examples of reportable problems:
- Leakage (urgent)
- Technical problems elevators (urgent)
- Electricity problems (urgent)
- (Smell of) fire or gas (urgent)
- Blocked toilets
- Climatization problems
- Broken lighting or furniture.
Seeing to repairs and technical problems is part of the standard services package of Erasmus Facility Services.
