PROCESS DESCRIPTION
Support of ERNA is organised in such a way that the system available for support functions as efficiently and as well as possible. In this framework, we have been looking for connection to already existing IT support structures at university and faculty level. Students and employees of the EUR can address the relevant faculty helpdesk for questions about and problems with the content of installation and ERNA accounts.
FACULTY HELPDESKS
The faculty helpdesks are responsible for front-line support to students and employees in the framework of ERNA. Information about the location of the helpdesks, who can address what helpdesk and further information can be found in the table above. You can go to the faculty helpdesk for the following matters:
- Questions related to status, failures and availability of ERNA accounts.
- Changing ERNA account passwords if you have forgotten your password.
To do so, the user must go to the helpdesk counter himself. Information about passwords is only given after presenting ID (for students: university card; for employees: legally accepted ID). It should be mentioned explicitly that one canNOT address questions about and problems regarding the installation of computers / PCs and/or connection or installation of a modem to the faculty helpdesks. One should address the supplier for such matters.
