SHORT STAY VISITOR INFORMATION

ACCESS TO THE EUR ICT FACILITIES

A number of ICT provisions of the Erasmus University Rotterdam (EUR) are made available to short stay visitors. The responsible host can provide the visitor with a so called one time activation code. This code must be used within the same day.

This code can be used to gain access to the network and is device dependent.
After the code is used, the device registered can connect to the network until the end of the day.
The registration of the device expires at 05:00 AM next day.

This registration provides visitors with access to the Erasmus University Rotterdam network (EURnet) and the Internet. Via plug-in points and the wireless network of the Erasmus University Rotterdam using SSID EURnet-portal access can be made.

Use Policy

The use of this service is subject to regulations as described in the universities network use policy. Any violation of this policy, either premeditated or unintentionally, can result in blocking of your network access.
