Changes in study programme
You can change your study programme in Studielink.
If you wish to change your study programme, you should find out whether:
The new programme is possible at Erasmus University Rotterdam. First consult the overview of initial programmes and types of registration.

You must decide which type of registration is possible for your choice of programme. Consider carefully whether the type of registration fits your goal and personal situation.
As a full-time, part-time or dual student, you make take courses, interim and final examinations. Part-time students are not eligible for student grants and loans.
As an extraneus, you may only take interim examinations and final examinations. You may not attend classes, receive coaching for theses or make use of student facilities. You will not receive student grants or loans.
You may seek advice from student counsellors.
For a change of study programme after 1 October, you will require written permission from the faculty. If you decide to register as an external student, you must also have permission from the faculty. Contact the student advisor about this.
Notice:
- Only full-time and dual students are eligible for student grants and loans, assuming that they meet the legal criteria. Part-time and extranei are not eligible for student grants and loans.
- A change of study programme or type of registration could sometimes affect the amount of tuition fee that you must pay. As a result, the norm for collecting the tuition fee would also change.
