How to change the authorisation for debit payment of fees
You can download a change form for the authorisation for direct debit payment of fees if the printed Studielink version is not correct, and fill it out manually. (The English version is on the second page, below the Dutch.)
Please note:
- The form can only be used when you notice errors in the form which was produced by Studielink
- You have to submit both versions of the authorisation form; the old incorrect form and the new correct form
- In case you already sent a form with mistakes/errors to the University previously, please send the new, correct form
- Do not forget to write your student number on the form!
