Registration after October 1st
As a rule, it is not possible to register as a first-year student in a Bachelor’s programme after 1 October. You should therefore first inquire at the Erasmus Student Service Centre whether late registration is possible in the programme of your choice.
If late registration is possible, the procedure is then as follows:
- Ask the faculty for permission in writing. Contact the student advisor about this.
- Ask the Executive Board for permission using the form entitled ‘Application of late registration as first-year student for a Bachelor’s programme’.
- If you do not have a registration form, you should contact the Erasmus Student Service Centre. They will send you a copy of the form.
- If you have a registration form from Erasmus University Rotterdam, fill it in and send it along with the written permission from the faculty and an application for late registration to the Admission, Registration and Housing department (ARH).
- You will receive a letter in which permission is granted for late registration; when the registration has been completed, you will receive proof of registration.
Please note:
- You must always meet the entry criteria of your programme.
