Application statement study results
Upon successful completion of the course you will receive a diploma and a grading list.
Sometimes a statement of acquired study results can be necessary, e.g. for continuation schooling or a job application. In that case you can fill out and hand in a form for either a Dutch or an English statement. For this statement a small fee is required. The statement is free of charge when it regards WHW article 7.11 paragraph 2, being the statement of acquired study results in the case of premature termination of the course.
You can obtain and hand in the form at the Exam Administration. You will be contacted as soon as the statement is drafted. Please keep in mind that it takes about 2 weeks to process the statement. This can take even longer during (preliminary) exam periods. If the fee (€ 10,-) is paid upon application, the statement can be mailed.
