Special facilities for students with a functional limitation
For students with functional limitation, it is possible for them to take their exams in a separate room (M1-5), with extra examination time (half hour earlier).
How do you get permission for this?
You must first submit a request to the examination board of the programme you wish to take. The examination board will decide whether, based on your specific disability, you are eligible for taking exams in M1-5.
What should you do to reserve a place in room M1-5 once you have received a statement?
You should make known by e-mail which examinations you want to take at least one week before the exam. The e-mail address for this is ea@oos.eur.nl. Once you have done this, we will make sure that the exam is in the classroom on the indicated date and that an invigilator is available.
Where is M1-5 and what time do the tests start?
M1-5 is a classroom on the first floor of the M-building (east wing). The name of the classroom is Hull. The rules of order are the same as those for the M-hall. Students in M1-5 start the exam a half-hour earlier than other participants, at 09.00 and 13.00 hours, respectively. The stop time is the same as the other participants.
