After completing your study with passing marks, you will receive a certificate and a list of marks. In the context of continued education or a job application, you could need a statement of study results with passing marks. In such cases, you can fill in and submit a statement designated for this purpose. You may choose between a Dutch or English-language statement. The statement requires payment of a small fee. However, if it is linked to article 7.11, paragraph 2 of the Dutch Higher Education Act, it is a statement of study results for studies terminated early, which can be obtained free of charge.
You can obtain and hand in application forms from the Department for Exam Administration. You will be contacted when the statement is ready. It will take about two weeks to prepare the statement (it could take longer during periods when there are many interim exams and examinations). If you pay the fee with your application (€ 10,-), the final statement can be sent to you by post.
