Alternative ways of registering

In some cases you will not be able to register via Osiris Online for a written interim examination:

  • If the examination schedule of your programme has not yet been recorded in Osiris, or results in a filter that – in your case – incorrectly prevents you from registering online.
  • If you are taking an optional course at another programme and would like to take an interim examination therein.
  • If there are problems with your account or access to Osiris.

Only in these cases may you make use of the form 'Registering for Interim Examinations'. You can obtain this form at the Student Service Centre, where you must submit the completed form within the official registration period. You will receive a copy of the completed form, with the recommendation to take this copy with you as proof of registration to the interim examination.

If you cannot pick up the form at the Erasmus Student Service Centre during office hours, the Centre can also send you the form. In any case, you must return the completed form prior to the close of the registration period to:

Erasmus University Rotterdam
Attn.: the Erasmus Student Service Centre, E-hall
PO Box 1738
3000 DR Rotterdam

If, as proof of registration, you would like to have a copy of the form initialled for approval, you should include with your form a self-addressed envelop with pre-paid postage. In all cases, the registration form will be processed after submission on condition that your enrolment at the university is found to be in order.
