Oral interim examinations, theses or papers
If you wish to take an oral interim examination or have a thesis or paper assessed, you will need to have an interim examination form. The purpose of this form is to have the results, for example, of an oral interim examination, optional subject or thesis, approved by the lecturer responsible and for recording by the examination records department.
You can fill in this form at the Erasmus Student Service Centre counter.
Filling in the interim examination form
- As a student or external student, you should fill in your personal particulars on the spot, along with the details of the course.
- You should then turn in the form at the Erasmus Student Service Centre, which will ensure that the form goes to the lecturer concerned.
- After evaluation, the lecturer will record the mark obtained and the number of credits (ECTS). The lecturer will then sign the form and give you a copy as proof, and ensure that the form is passed on to the examination records department for administrative processing.
The examination records department then books the mark in Osiris and files the interim examination form.
