HousingAnywhere is a housing platform that offers the accommodation supply of Dutch students who go on exchange abroad. This offer consists furnished accommodation for exchange students. HousingAnywhere doesn’t act as intermediary, only facilitates the accommodation supply. |
If you react on an advertisement, keep in mind that the lessor (Dutch exchange student) receives a lot of reactions and only will react to the new tenant. So try to respond on as many advertisments as you wish.

Rental prices
The rent fee starts at € 300 per month and ranges until € 750.
Utilities such as internet, gas, water, local taxes … are not always included in the rent. It depends from the arrangements that are made between lessor and tenant.
Residential services are excluded of the rent.
Contract terms
If you find accommodation through HousingAnywhere, you have a limit rental period as mentioned in the advertisment on the housing platform (minimum 3 months and maximum 6 until 8 months). It depends from the arrangements that are made between lessor and tenant.
Cancellation policy
If you find accommodation through HousingAnywhere, most of the time it is possible to cancel your contract within one month notice. It depends from the arrangements that are made between lessor and tenant.
