Rental prices

The rent fee starts at € 400 per month and ranges until € 2250 per month.

Utilities such as internet, gas, water, local taxes … are not always included in the rent. It depends from the arrangements that are made between lessor and tenant.

Residential services are excluded of the rent.

Keep in mind that agencies usually charge an administrative fee of one month’s rent, next to the rent for the first month and a deposit of one month.

Contract terms

If you find accommodation through the private market, must of the time you have no limit rental period. But it depends from the arrangements that are made between lessor and tenant.

Cancellation policy

If you find accommodation through the private market, most of the time you can cancel your contract within one month notice.
