Complaints procedure

Contact the Language & Training Centre
If you have a complaint about the services of the Language & Training Centre (LTC), please contact us by email on ltc@remove-this.eur.nl. Describe your complaint in as much detail as possible. The LTC will respond within a week. We may ask you to explain the problem on the phone or in a meeting.

In some cases, when a complaint is related to a different part of the organisation (for example a complaint about a tutorial room) the LTC may not be able to solve the problem. We will then discuss the complaint with the relevant party to find a solution.

Student counsellors
If you have a complaint you can ask one of the student counsellors to support you in the process. They can also complain on your behalf if you do not want to contact the LTC directly. To make an appointment with a student counsellor go to the Erasmus Student Service Centre (ESSC).

EUR Legal Protection Facility
If you do not want to use the informal procedures above, you can opt for a formal complaints procedure with the EUR Legal Protection Facility. This is a central facility where all complaints, objections and appeals can be submitted electronically. You can make a formal complaint here.
