Payment

How do I pay for a language course?

Beginners’ courses
For beginners’ courses (A1 and A1.1), you must pay at the web shop using IDEAL. You will find the ‘Language & Training Centre’ to the left in the web shop. Then click on ‘courses’ and choose the relevant course.

Those who don't have a Dutch bank account or access to internet banking will need to enrol using the registration form. Please complete the form electronically, hand it in at the Erasmus Student Service Centre (ESSC) and pay the course fee (see payment advanced courses).

Advanced courses
Course fees for advanced courses (all levels above A1 and A1.1) need to be paid by PIN or credit card at the Erasmus Student Service Centre (ESSC) when you hand in the registration form. The form cannot be accepted without payment. If you pay by credit card, you will be charged an additional 5% administration fee. If you cancel the course, this administration fee will not be refunded.
