Registration and payment
Registering for an intake
You can register and pay for an intake (€55) at the web shop. Go to the Language & Training Centre and click on Language Tests.
If you do not have a Dutch bank account or if you do not have internet banking, you can pay by PIN or credit card at ESSC (Erasmus Student Service Centre). If you pay by credit card, you will be charged an additional 5% administration fee. If you are entitled to a refund for the intake because you registered for a language course after the intake, this administration fee will not be refunded.
Please remember to make a reservation in the relevant timetable.
Your registration cannot be processed until you have registered at the web shop and made a reservation in the timetable.
After the registration deadline, we will send you a confirmation email stating the place, date and time of your intake test.
Registering for ITP-TOEFL
You can register and pay for an ITP-TOEFL test (€55) at the web shop until two weeks prior to the date of the test. Go to the Language & Training Centre and click on Language Tests.
If you do not have a Dutch bank account or if you do not have internet banking, you can pay by PIN or credit card at the Erasmus Student Service Centre (ESSC). If you pay by credit card, you will be charged an additional 5% administration fee.
After the registration deadline, we will send you a confirmation email stating the place, date and time of your ITP-TOEFL test.
Once you have paid for the ITP-TOEFL test at the web shop you can collect a copy of the TOEFL handbook at the ESSC desk. The handbook provides information about the test. You will need to complete the registration form on the last page of the book and bring it with you when you sit the test. We will send this registration form to the ITP-TOEFL office in Paris along with your test.
The test results will be available approximately three weeks after the test is held. You will be informed by email about where and when you can find out your score.
Students with dyslexia
Students with dyslexia can ask for more time to complete this test. If necessary, the font of the test paper can be enlarged as well. However, you will need to send an email to the LTC to make your specific needs and requirements clear. The LTC will send you a registration form that you will need to hand in at the ESSC along with a copy of your official statement of special needs.
