RSM Ranked Among the Corporate Recruiters’ Favorites
RSM’s MBA program has been ranked as one of the favorites by corporate recruiters among the top international business schools in a survey by the Wall Street Journal/Harris Interactive. The list of international schools consists of 13 schools from North America and eight schools from Europe. Ranked 6th in Europe, RSM is the only business schools in The Netherlands that is included in the ranking.
Published in Wall Street Journal Europe, the ranking is based on polls of a total of 2849 MBA recruiters who had recent recruiting experience at the schools. They were surveyed between December 2003 and March 2004. They rated each school on 20 different attributes, their future plans to recruit students from the school, and the number of countries from which the school draws recruiters. To be eligible for the ranking, a school needed respondents from at least four countries to mention that they had recruited there recently.
Dr. Mike Page, Dean/Director of the RSM Foundation, is pleased with the results of the survey that confirm the international reputation of the school in the business community worldwide. "The ranking demonstrates the consistent efforts the school has made in selecting the best and brightest candidates to the MBA programs, who are highly valued by corporate recruiters. Furthermore, the dedicated Career Management Center (CMC) at the School provides the crucial link between business and our MBAs. The CMC strives constantly to deepen our relationship with current and potential recruiters. Bridging the students and the recruiters, the CMC assists in furthering the win/win atmosphere that is created when the perfect candidate is chosen to fill an ideal position,” says Page.
