Bachelor's programmes
Once you have decided on a study programme, you will need to start preparing for your studies abroad. The process starts with an application for admission.
If you have a non-Dutch diploma and wish to apply for a bachelor’s programme*, please send an email to admissions.office@oos.eur.nl indicating your TOEFL or IELTS test result. Those who meet the English language requirement will be provided with an application form.
You may be asked to submit the following documents along with your application:
- TOEFL or IELTS test result
- Copies of diplomas and transcripts
- Statement of motivation
- Recommendation letter(s)

Admission and application procedures
If you want to be admitted to a Bachelor’s degree programme at Erasmus University you should first of all apply with the Admissions Office. Please refer to the application schedule.

Prerequisites TOEFL and IELTS
You need a good command of the English language before you can apply for a degree programme at Erasmus University. In most cases, this means that you need to take a TOEFL or IELTS-test before you can make a request for admission.

Degrees and Titles
The bachelor’s degree is a three years programme ending with a bachelor’s diploma and title of Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) or Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.). A bachelor’s degree gives automatic admission to a relevant (pre-working experience) master’s programme in the same field, same faculty and same university.
