Rental prices
The rent fee starts at € 300 per month and ranges until € 1475.
Utilities such as internet, gas, water, local taxes … are not always included in the rent. It depends from the arrangements that are made between lessor and tenant.
Residential services are excluded of the rent.

If you find accommodation through Flexwonen, most of the time you have no limit rental period. It depends from the arrangements that are made between lessor and tenant.
Cancellation policy
If you find accommodation through Flexwonen, most of the time you can cancel your contract within one month notice. It depends from the arrangements that are made between lessor and tenant.
