Alongside excellent facilities for studying, Erasmus University offers its students additional support in many different ways to ensure that their time spend studying at the university is a success.
Erasmus Student Service Centre can assist you with the following:
- Arranging matters relating to your enrolment as a student after the start of the academic year: changes in study programmes and enrolment form; enrolment in the first-year Bachelor’s or, as a senior student after 1 October, termination of your enrolment during the academic year and refund of tuition fees
- Making an appointment for student counsellor, conficential counsellor, university psychologist or careers adviser of the university's career centre LABEUR
- Applying for statements
- Housing for international students
- Practical matters concerning studies abroad: reimbursement for student public transport passes, ISIC pass, insurance and Socrates grants
- Registration for language tests, language courses and other courses
- Documentation about study opportunities abroad
- Registration for written interim examinations when you are too late to register via Osiris
- Registration for oral interim examinations, papers and thesis
- Information about special entrance examinations and admission to the Bachelor’s programme with international preliminary education
- Applications for graduation support and individual administrative grants
- Information to alumni
- Language courses in (Business) English, Spanish, German, French, Italian, Japanese, Chinese or Dutch for students and staff.
