Erasmus University strives for a diverse workforce in order to have a mix of talents at all levels. With our diversity policy we try to have a better reflection of the society of Rotterdam.
At the end of 2007 Erasmus University started a diversity program. Several measures have been taken to increase the number of woman and employees with a non-western background. We have a network for female professors and we weigh the number of publications with a part time factor. Moreover, etnic and gender aspects are more involved in our HR policies.
