End-of-year bonus
As an employee of the EUR you are entitled to an end-of-year bonus of 8.3% of your annual salary, with a minimum of € 2,250 (on an annual basis). The end-of-year bonus is paid in December. If you stop working during the course of the year, the amount is determined proportionately.
