Head of this unit is professor Leo van den Berg. The unit is responsible for research and education in the areas of regional economics, port and transport economics.
RHV BV
The unit RHV has close ties with the company operating under the name RHV BV and doing contract research and education in the same areas. Professor Van den Berg is the director of RHV BV.
EURICUR
Another partner with which unit RHV co-operates is EURICUR: European Institute for Comparative Urban Research. The institute was founded in 1989 by the mayors of Barcelona and Rotterdam, together with the Erasmus University Rotterdam.
