Graduation Day 2010

The Graduation Day 2010 was a huge success. To all 200 students, who got their diplomas on November 3rd, congratulations!

Currently we are busy processing the photos taken during the event. We expect all the photos to be available by the end of next week. We will contact all students through a SIN Online message as soon as all the pictures are available.

Update #2: We finished processing all the photos of the event and they can be viewed by selecting 'Photos' in the menu on the right. The personal (on stage) photos will be available as of Monday 10th of January 2011.

Update: Click here to view the first photos of the event.
Note that this is just an impression of the photos taken during the event as we are still processing all the images.

Lecturer of the Year

As is tradition, during the ceremony on November 3rd, we also announced the winners of the Lecturer of the Year 2009 / 2010 Award. Students massively voted for their favorite lecturer this year. The huge amount of votes made the contest extra exciting. If, as a lecturer, you were leading the first day, it could happen that, overnight, your collegues surpassed you by just one vote. After battling for almost a month, the following 5 lecturers came out as the winners of this year:

  • Bas Karreman (Economics and Business Economics)
  • Albert Wagelmans (IBEB)
  • Lennart Hoogerheide (Econometrics and Operations Research)
  • René van der Paardt (Economics and Taxation)
  • Flavius Frasincar (Economics and Informatics)
