Requests to the Examination Board ESE
Students can request the Examination Board of the Erasmus School of Economics for individual arrangements by handing in a written request. The Examination Board decides if a request is valid.
The Examination Board only accepts written requests. The following requests are made most frequently:
- Exemptions
- Interim last examination before Master's exam
- Obligatory attendance requirements of tutorials unmet (validation examination grade)
- Incorporating courses into your elective space
- Permission to take courses outside the ESE
- Extra facilities for students with a functional impairment
- Free Bachelor's or Master's Exam
Handing in a request
You can use the form 'Request to the Examination Board' (to be opened with version 9 of Acrobat Reader). to hand in you request. Fill in this form on your computer, print it out and send it after signing it.
The Examination Board will process complete, signed, and clear requests only. Incomplete and unclear request will not be processed and will be returned to the student. Requests handed in via email will not be processed. If your request is taken into consideration you will not receive a written receipt. You will receive the decision of the Examination Board by regular mail within six weeks.
You can contact the Examination Board by writing only. The Examination Board does not speak to students in person and does not give explanation about its decisions orally.
