For all students: ESE scores well in the Elsevier education survey
The Erasmus University Rotterdam (EUR) scores well in the annual survey ‘The best study programmes’ performed by the weekly magazine Elsevier, published on October 1st 2011. Professors and lecturers deem the EUR the second best specialised university in the Netherlands. For ESE, the Econometrics and Economics and Taxation programmes have managed to maintain their leading position. The Economics programme is second only to Tilburg University.

A lot of ESE examinations require the use of a calculator. Experience has shown that it becomes harder to distinguish between a normal scientific calculator, which is allowed, and a programmable calculator, which is not allowed.

On Wednesday October 26th the Bachelor Graduation Day 2011 takes place; part of this event is the announcement of the ’Lecturer of the Year’ 2010-2011. All ESE students are given the opportunity to vote for their favourite lecturer.

Via Sin-Online you can register for courses and tutorial groups. The registration period opens 4 weeks before the start of the new block, and closes 5 working days before the start of the new block. So do not forget to register before October 17th 2011.
