Study Advisers

You can contact the Study Advisers for information and advice about our study programmes. The Study Advisers can give you advice and guidance concerning:

  • the study programme
  • compensation regulations
  • study planning, study progress and study delay
  • the Binding Study Advice
  • individual arrangements in case of illness, personal circumstances and topsport
  • writing a request to the examination board
  • studying abroad

Open hours

The Study Advisers have open hours for short questions concerning the content or the progress of your study. Normally a meeting will take 10 minutes. To visit an open hour please report to the Information Desk of the Education Service Centre, room H6-02.

For short questions regarding the content or the progress of your study you can also contact the Study Advisers by phone.

The Study Advisers can be reached at the telephone number: +31 (0)10 408 1380.

If the Study Advisers are already enganged, your name and telephone number will be noted and you will be called back the same day.

Appointments

If you have a more complicated question or if you would like to discuss your personal situation more tedious, please make an appointment with a Study Adviser via the Information Desk of the Education Service Centre.

Appointments cannot be made via email!

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please notify the Information Desk as soon as possible.

Email

For short and factual questions, you can reach the student advisors via the email studyadviser@ese.eur.nl. The Study Advisers will answer your question within three working days.

Questions concerning the progress of your study or regarding your personal sitution are not suited to be discussed via email. Please make an appointment for such questions. Appointments with the Study Advisers can not be made via email, but have to be made via the Information Desk of the Education Service Centre.

If you have agreed with a study adviser to contact him/her personally, you can mention the name of the study adviser in the subject line of the e-mail. The mentioned study adviser will answer your e-mail as soon as possible.
