Suggestions and complaints

You can share your ideas or lodge a complaint in several ways.  

Suggestions, incoveniences, minor complaints 

Erasmus School of Economics is very interested in what its students find of the education and education facilities provided. Your opinion, suggestions for improvement, but also criticism and complaints, can contribute to monitoring and, if necessary, improving the quality of education and education facilities.

Major complaints

Erasmus University Rotterdam offers several ways to lodge serious complaints, for example via the Appeal Board for exams or via the student counsellors. The Students' Charter offers an overview of the students’ rights and obligations ensuing from statutory provisions. It also informs the students about what they may expect of the University, and what the University expects of them.

Erasmus School of Economics also has a complaints committee at faculty level. You can lodge a complaint to this committee only if you can not lodge your complaint at central level.
