ESE scores high in EUR employee survey 2011

At the end of 2011, an independent firm carried out an employee survey at EUR. Our school outperformed the EUR benchmark and the Higher Education & Research benchmark on virtually every front. ESE even achieved a particularly high score with regard to commitment and loyalty/resilience to staff turnover.

 The survey, carried out by an independent survey firm, achieved a response rate of 60% at our school, which means that the results present a reliable picture.

The scores on the various aspects are illustrated below:

The school is satisfied with the results. However, good results also present a challenge. “It is good that our staff are satisfied. However, maintaining - and where possible improving - these scores will also be a challenge. I have complete confidence that we will succeed in doing so” said the Dean, Prof. Philip Hans Franses.
