Performance & Development appraisals 2011

The Faculty’s performance is largely dependent on the quality of its human capital. It is therefore essential to our quality control system that there is continuity and consistency in conducting P&D appraisals and in recording the results thereof.

You will find the relevant forms for the 2011 annual P&D appraisals of the staff under your management below. These forms can be printed out and used as a basis for the appraisal. We would ask you to fill in the forms electronically where possible.

Starting from next year, the forms will be made suitable for electronic processing (including copying any agreements made to the next year’s forms). That is why only very limited changes have been made to this year's forms.
