The ESE has defined its own qualification requirements for the academic staff, which is an elaboration on the Hay job profiles. Furthermore for the academic staff additional specifications for appointments and the time frame for research qualification have been determined.
The ESE Career development Policy for academic staff is determined in the memorandum Careerdevelopment Policy for the ESE Academic staff.
For appointments / promotions to the position of Associate Professor, the Dean is advised by the Council for the Appointment and Promotions (CBBA). More information on the CBBA procedure and data can be found here.
Dismissals
The ESE would like to learn from the experiences of employees who leave the faculty. Therefore they are being invited to an exit-interview. This interview is being held by the P&O advisor, based on the form exit-interview.
