Tenure Track
The ESE is continually seeking academic staff members who possess the skills and motivation to excel in research and teaching. Ideally they should have the capacity to generate funds and contribute to knowledge valorisation, as well as a sense of team spirit and the potential to fulfil an executive role (management and administration) later on in their careers. In connection with this objective, from now on a so-called tenure track will always be applied for new staff to be recruited and appointed as an Assistant Professor (universitair docent, UD) or Associate Professor (universitair hoofddocent, UHD) in a permanent position.
