Standard ESE Computer
Computers for the ESE faculty are exclusively supplied by the IT Support Department: Other configurations are neither supported nor connected to the ESE Computer Network.
To standardize the ESE environment there is only one computer configuration available and, if desired, there is also standardized peripheral equipment like printers. The standard is regularly updated to follow market or technical developments.
The current ESE Desktop configuration
HP 6005 Pro minitower
Black, with 22" LCD display, DVI), including 4 years guaranty/maintenance

The current ESE desktop configuration can also be found on the application form. Extra options, for example more memory or hard disk upgrade can also be placed on the application form.

Also available are the Dell Latitude E6520, the Dell Latitude E6320 and the Dell Latitude E5520 as alternatives. The hardware configuration is same as above. The only differences are the sizes of the screens: 15.6", 13" and respectively 15.6".
