Log on to EUR Information Systems
You need a separate account, an ERNA account (Erasmus Remote Network Access) to log on to the EUR information systems (MyEUR, Blackboard, SIN-Online, University library, etc.). An ERNA staff account consists of 5 numbers and 3 letters/initials, followed by @eur.nl, for example 12345abc@eur.nl, password: yyyyyyyyyy.
It is not our policy to supply ERNA usernames and passwords neither by email nor by telephone, as we cannot verify the identity of the one who is requesting this. You will have to apply in person at Support, room H04-32, in order to reset your password to the original or insert a completely new one. Please bring along a legitimate ID (with photograph).
