Software Installation Request

Some software packages are only installed on request, because the software uses a lot of hard disk space or for each installation an additional license agreement needs to be purchased.

All installation requests from ESE Staff members need to be authorized by their departmental Office Manager, who will pass on the request for a specific computer to the IT helpdesk (support@remove-this.ese.eur.nl).

The requested software will be scheduled for installation overnight and will be available the next morning (assuming the PC is available, logged out but switched on and also connected to the network as usual).

If an additional software license needs to be purchased (see Software Overview) the Office Manager needs to print, fill in and sign the Software License Order Form.
