Research
Josse Delfgaauw holds a PhD from the Erasmus School of Economics. He works on organisational economics, in particular on sorting when people and jobs or organisations are heterogeneous. Furthermore, he is involved in a series of field experiments in firms, where he studies the effects of incentives.
