Welcome to the English-language site of the Faculty of Social Sciences (FSS) of Erasmus University Rotterdam (EUR)!

The FSS houses four scientific disciplines, which provide training and research: Public Administration, Environmental Science, Psychology and Sociology. The central support staff works out of the faculty office. There are currently 150 staff working at FSS.

At present, there are three Bachelor's programmes, three broad-based initial Master's programmes and three more specific, post-initial Master's programmes offered in the various scientific disciplines. There are currently six different research groups.
In the faculty's training and research programmes, questions driven by theoretical knowledge are linked to society-driven programmes.
