Career oppertunities Masters in Psychology
A number of possibilities await you as a psychologist. Depending on your specialty you can become a human-resources manager, a trainer, a career counsellor, a mentor for youth, education advisor, a therapist, or a clinical or developmental psychologist. You can become a researcher at a university or in the pharmaceutical industry, or get started with a counselling office or a forensics institute perhaps focussed on youth.

The programme is open to students with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and offers a choice of three specialisations, in Brain and Cognition, Organisational Psychology and Educational Psychology.

Admission requirements Masters in Psychology
- Bachelor of Science in Psychology with proven education and interest related to the field of the Master specialisation. The Examination Board of Psychology will judge your prior education. If you are in doubt whether your application is suitable, please make the earliest possible contact.
- Proven ability in English. You will need a certified copy of a TOEFL or IELTS test. A minimum TOEFL score of 600 (paper based), 250 (computer based) or 100 (internet based) is required. For the IELTS test, a minimum score of 7.0 is required.
- Letter of Recommendation by a senior staff member of your home university.
- A personal statement of motivation (max. 1 page).
- A curriculum vitae.
