Rutte enthusiastic about largest entrepreneurship centre in the Netherlands
March 1, 2014 saw 400 entrepreneurs, politicians, and academics, in attendance to see the Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte officially open the ECE Startup Campus in the Rotterdam Science Tower.

February's edition of Collegereeks voor Ondernemers was on the topic of marketing and featured two prominent speakers who are experts in their respective fields, Prof.dr.ir. Benedict Dellaert and Peer Swinkels. Prof. Dellaert is a professor of marketing at the Erasmus School of Economics; his focus in research and education is on consumer decision-making and consumer- firm interaction. Prof. Dellaert's research findings have important implications in e-commerce, financial services, healthcare management and travel.
Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte to Open ECE Startup Campus
On March 1, 2014 the Dutch Prime Minister, Mark Rutte, will officially open the ECE Startup Campus located in the Rotterdam Science Tower (RST). With this opening, the Erasmus Centre for Entrepreneurship is further developing the RST into a true entrepreneurial hub for ambitious entrepreneurs. A place comparable to a top-sports centre, only for entrepreneurs. All facilities and programmes for starting, growing and renewing companies are present.
The ECE Startup Campus is located at the 11th floor of the RST. During the event, a contest will be held at the ceremony where two participants from the ECE's Startup & Growth programmes pitch their businesses to the audience. Additionally, a prize worth of € 5,000 will be awarded to EnWake, winner of the Get Started Programme 2013.
