Jack Savior: Winner of the 2013 Dutch National Finals of GITR

Last year's Dutch National round of Get in the Ring: The Investment Battle was intense and highly competitive. While more than 70 Dutch startups participated in the pitching competition, only one was selected to advance to the next stage of the competition and, eventually, to the international finals. With their patented design for an all new type of headphone jack that promises to set the new standard, Jack Savior was the winner of the Dutch nationals.

Get in the Ring grows, becoming the Olympics for startups

The rise of global competition Get in the Ring (GITR) is unstoppable. For the third consecutive year the number of participants has doubled. This year, 64 countries will each organize their own national GITR competition. Through this, GITR reaches a new milestone in its relatively short history.

Get in the Ring: A look back at the Dutch Finals

The 2013 Dutch Nationals of Get in the Ring: The Investment Battle were nothing short of exciting!  The Erasmus Centre for Entrepreneurship (ECE) was the national host of this global investment competition, which attracted entrepreneurs from throughout the Netherlands.  The national round attracted more than 70 promising entrepreneurs who pitched their businesses to a panel of prominent investors.  The winner of the competition, Jack Savior, progressed to the International Finals, which were held in Rotterdam on November 22nd.
