Being an entrepreneur is about doing, so studying is not always a pre-requisite. However at the Erasmus Centre for Entrepreneurship (ECE) we are convinced that excellent entrepreneurship comes from a combination of motivation, talent and good background knowledge. The ECE is here to provide guidance and raise awareness amongst students regarding entrepreneurship, providing them with the skills needed to start their entrepreneurial endeavours.
The Erasmus Centre for Entrepreneurship offers educational programmes focused on entrepreneurship, economics and management through the faculties on the Erasmus University. The Erasmus Centre for Entrepreneurship is interwoven in these programmes to make entrepreneurship a prominent and structural part of the education at the Erasmus University within each faculty. Furthermore, the ECE strives to improve the synergy between science, policy and practice by making students aware of the societal relevance of their (future) research. In addition, we develop and stimulate new entrepreneurial programmes for students, entrepreneurs and researchers.
Besides education for BSc, MSc, MBA and PhD students, the Erasmus University also offers a variety of extra curricular courses and executive educational open programmes with a focus on entrepreneurs and in-company entrepreneurial executives. A bright example is the Erasmus Collegereeks voor Ondernemers.

| Student Entrepreneurs Excellence Programme StEEP is a unique programme which enables a selected group of student entrepreneurs of the Erasmus University, to grow their own business and to successfully finish their study. Giving these students the practical knowledge and the necessary academical background. |
