Payment and management
If you don't have a bank pass with chipknip, you can buy a 'prepaid chip card', which is a card with credit on it. Prepaid chip cards with a five euro or ten euro charge are available at the lending desk for € 7,50 and € 12,50. There are two places close to the university where you can get a prepaid card too: Capelse Brug metro station and Tabac & Gifts, Lusthofstraat 37 B. More information.

InterEGI will redeposit the credit balance and transfer it to your account.
In the L building, a different type of copycard is used, which cannot be used in the Library.
Printer/photocopier maintenance
The machines are owned and maintained by Océ. The Library does try to make sure that there are machines in good working order available for the users at all times. Defects can be reported at the circulation desk. If the circulation desk is closed, you can notify the doorkeeper at the entrance to the library.
